Welcome to Frame and Focus Photography! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and protect both parties in our professional relationship. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings and Payments
1.1. To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
1.2. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellations made by the client will forfeit the deposit regardless of the circumstances.
2.2. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.3. If the photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled session.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. The client must arrive at the agreed location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. If the client does not arrive within this timeframe, the photographer reserves the right to leave, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3.2. The client is responsible for communicating any specific requirements before the session begins. Failure to do so may result in dissatisfaction, for which the photographer is not liable.
4. Delivery of Images
4.1. While our standard delivery time is one week from the session date, the photographer reserves the right to extend the delivery period to up to three weeks in certain situations.
4.2. If the photographer fails to deliver the final images within the specified time frame (up to three weeks), the deposit amount will be refunded.
4.3. Images will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Image Usage and Copyright
5.1. All images remain the intellectual property of Frame and Focus Photography.
5.2. The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and advertising unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
5.3. Clients are granted a limited license for personal use of delivered images. Commercial usage must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
6. Liability
6.1. Frame and Focus Photography is not liable for any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, illness, or other acts of nature.
6.2. In the event of equipment failure or data loss, the photographer's liability is limited to the refund of the deposit or a rescheduled session.
6.3. The client agrees to hold the photographer harmless for any injuries or damages that occur during the session, including injuries to pets or personal property.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering services.
7.2. Frame and Focus Photography complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. Additional Terms
8.1. The photographer reserves the right to terminate the session without refund if the client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the law.
8.3. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
