Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

1.1. All deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

2.1. If the client does not arrive at the agreed-upon location within 15 minutes of the scheduled session time, the photographer reserves the right to leave, and the deposit will not be refunded.
2.2. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to late arrivals or no-shows.

3. Photographer Cancellations

3.1. If the photographer is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled session at the client’s discretion.

4. Image Delivery Delays

4.1. While our standard image delivery time is one week, the photographer reserves the right to extend the delivery period to up to three weeks.
4.2. If images are not delivered within the maximum three-week period, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

5.1. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the style or content of the images, as long as the images meet the standards outlined in our portfolio and prior agreements.
5.2. We encourage open communication before and during the session to ensure client expectations are met.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or emergencies.

7. Changes to Policy

7.1. This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website with the effective date.
